Job summary

Powernet in the United States (remote with travel to the Cincinnati tri-state area) seeks a seasoned NOC Operations Lead to manage day-to-day NOC functions, actively monitor queues, and ensure SLA compliance for complex network environments.

You will mentor junior technicians, drive swift incident resolution, develop SOPs and a knowledge base to improve workflow, oversee shift coverage, and collaborate with Engineering and Management to enforce best practices and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in NOC/IT MSP environments
• NSE4 Certification required
• Expert in troubleshooting network environments and security policies
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily NOC operations and monitor real-time queue volumes
• Manage SLA metrics and incident response processes
• Serve as escalation point and mentor junior technicians
• Develop SOPs and knowledge base articles to improve workflows
• Lead Sev1/Major Outage incident calls and post-incident RCAs
