DMI, LLC is seeking a NOC Team Lead to guide a high-performing network operations center. You will supervise a team of technicians, coordinate daily workloads, and ensure maximum network uptime across metro fiber services.

You will bridge hands-on troubleshooting with tactical leadership, review escalated issues, and produce reports for customers. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in NOC/fiber operations, plus 5+ years of supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Network Operations experience, focusing on fiber network operations.
• 5+ years of Supervisory/Managerial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure work is completed accurately and closed in a timely manner.
• Assist with escalated troubles/issues, ensuring they are handled in a proper fashion.
