Job summary

Zentro is seeking a NOC Lead to oversee a 24/7 NOC operations team in either Los Angeles, CA or Chicago, IL. The role reports to the NOC Supervisor and emphasizes high-quality customer service, SLA adherence, and cross-team collaboration to resolve issues efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in telecommunications, strong networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, IP protocols), and experience with common carrier equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Ruckus).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Telecommunications
• Understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, ICMP, IPV4/6, OSPF
• Knowledge of command line operations (CLI/SSH) and basic network tooling

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service in a 24/7 NOC environment
• Ensure timely communication and resolution for customer issues
• Monitor SLAs and ensure process steps are followed
• Analyze dashboards and KPIs to drive team performance
• Serve as escalation point for team members and customers
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to enforce policies
• Process inventory-related orders as needed
• Prepare reports at property and network-wide levels
