Dexory, a robotics software company, is seeking a Remote Support Engineer in the United States to monitor autonomous robots, diagnose issues, and provide real-time client support. You will work with the Client Operations team to ensure reliability and performance of robotic systems.

This night-shift role runs 6pm–6am on a 4 on/4 off rota, with responsibilities including alert handling, toolkit development, and collaboration with engineering to improve robot design and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote monitoring or helpdesk support with customer contact.
• Proficiency with monitoring/diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setting.
• Willingness to work a 6pm–6am night shift on a 4 on/4 off rota.
• Experience with autonomous mobile robots is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor robots deployed in the field and respond to alerts.
• Use teleoperation tools for remote interventions and troubleshooting.
• Document issues, raise internal tickets, and build reports.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify recurring problems and improvements.
• Deliver regular performance and incident trend reports to management.
