Seek Now is seeking a Night Shift Field Ops Coordinator in the Louisville, KY area for a remote/office hybrid schedule. You will schedule appointments with homeowners, adjusters, and other customers, while delivering exceptional service with a servant mindset.

The role emphasizes outbound/inbound calls, route planning for Field Inspectors, and coordination to ensure on-time arrivals, accuracy, and customer delight. Candidates should have strong communication and Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years experience in customer service.
• Dispatch or insurance experience is a plus.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Route and place appointments for remote Field Inspectors (1099) nationwide.
• Monitor emails and scheduling requests.
• Verify appointments are confirmed and routed.
• Partner with internal team to complete daily tasks.
• Escalate customer issues when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
