Seeking a proactive problem-solver with top-notch English, professional phone presence, and experience with Teams, Indeed, and MyCloud. Expect on-call weekends and BYOD-friendly remote night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or recruitment.
• Ability to manage per diem RNs, LPNs, and CNAs with independent schedules.
• Strong attention to detail with zero-mistake mindset.
• Professional phone presence and ability to engage with clients.
• Familiarity with Teams, Indeed, and MyCloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing inboxes and email threads to secure shifts quickly.
• Proactively manage schedules to prevent coverage gaps and conflicts.
• Navigate local geography and traffic to build feasible schedules.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and provide same-day follow-ups.
