Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Call Center Dispatcher 1/Router in Lexington, KY on-site. The role involves assigning work to technicians, coordinating schedules, and planning routes up to two weeks in advance for veterans and other clients.

Strong administrative and communication skills are essential to deliver excellent service and meet margin targets. On-site at Lexington/Midway, KY with Monday–Friday 8a–4:30p shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year routing/dispatching experience with customer service (preferred).
• 1 year call center or contact center work experience (required).
• 1 year of advanced scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling and CRM software; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work for technicians and schedule dates with customers.
• Create detailed routes up to two weeks in advance.
• Maintain accurate notes and logs in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email and provide timely resolutions.
