Seek Now is seeking a Night Shift Field Ops Coordinator in the Louisville, KY area for a remote/office hybrid schedule. You will schedule appointments with homeowners, adjusters, and other customers, while delivering exceptional service with a servant mindset.

The role emphasizes outbound/inbound calls, route planning for Field Inspectors, and coordination to ensure on-time arrivals, accuracy, and customer delight. Candidates should have strong communication and Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years experience in customer service.
• Dispatch or insurance experience is a plus.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

Seek Now is searching for a Night Shift Field Ops Coordinator to schedule appointments with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and our other types of customers.

Essential Functions and Duties

• Make outbound calls
• Answer incoming calls
• Schedule appointments
• Route and place appointments for remote Field Inspectors (1099) nationwide to optimize drive time and on-time arrival
• Monitor emails and all scheduling requests
• Verify that appointments are confirmed and routed appropriately
• Partner with internal team to complete daily tasks
• Escalate customer issues when appropriate
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required

• Previous experience as a dispatch and/or in insurance industry a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required

Position Type and Hours

• Full-Time
• Sunday-Wednesday, 12 PM to 11 PM
• 0% of travel time expected

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
• Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
