Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of experience in a support position.
• Proficient with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Territory Manager with daily tasks.
• Follow up with field consultants and verify information.
• Pull reports, organize issues, and report to the Territory Manager.
• Manage overdue and coming due lists for LCRs.
• Contact LCRs using overdue/coming due reports & filters.
• Elevate nonresponsive consultants to Branch Manager.
• Handle customer inquiries from Account Managers.
• Communicate with Account Managers on extensions/closeouts.
• Assist with assignments in client systems and write up Closeouts.
• Monitor reports across territory and ensure phone/virtual reports are completed promptly.
