No billable hours, semi-annual bonuses up to 12%, and a fast path to Partner reflect the firm's autonomy and growth. Private foundation experience is required, CPA designation, and 5+ years in NFP audits.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required in good standing.
• 5+ years NFP audit experience with private foundations.
• Private foundation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead nonprofit audit engagements from planning through issuance.
• Serve as the primary client relationship owner on active engagements.
• Review workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Mentor and develop staff and seniors.
• Collaborate with managing partners on strategy and growth.
