Levelociti is seeking a Remote NFP Audit Senior to join our boutique nonprofit-focused CPA firm. You will lead nonprofit audits from planning through issuance, working closely with managing partners on a small, high-performing team in a fully remote setting.

We require 3–5+ years in NFP audit, private foundation experience, and active CPA status or pursuit. The role offers a clear path to Manager and Partner as the firm grows, with an emphasis on autonomy and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of NFP audit experience
• Private foundation experience is required
• CPA certification or actively pursuing is required

Responsibilities

• Support and lead NFP audit engagements from planning through issuance
• Serve as a key client contact on active engagements
• Prepare and review workpapers, financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and compliance
• Support and mentor staff accountants on engagements
• Collaborate with managing partners on client engagements and practice growth
• Stay current on nonprofit accounting standards and evolving compliance
• Contribute to firm growth initiatives as the practice expands
