Job summary

Levelociti is a boutique independent CPA firm specializing in nonprofit organizations. We are seeking an experienced NFP Audit Manager to lead audits from planning through issuance, serving as the primary client contact on active engagements, and guiding staff in a fully remote environment.

This role offers up to $150,000 base salary plus annual bonus, 100% remote work, unlimited PTO, and a clear path to Partner as the firm grows under new leadership.

Qualifications

• Active CPA with valid license.
• 5+ years of NFP audit experience, primarily in private foundations.
• Experience managing audits end-to-end and supervising staff.
• Strong remote work experience and ability to work virtually.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage NFP audit engagements across nonprofit entity types from planning through issuance.
• Serve as the primary client relationship owner on active engagements.
• Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor and develop senior associates and staff.
• Collaborate with managing partners on client strategy and firm growth initiatives.
• Stay current on nonprofit accounting standards, GAAP, and evolving compliance requirements.
• Contribute to firm-wide growth initiatives as the practice expands.
