Job summary

Drees Homes in Cleveland, OH is seeking a New Home Sales Representative for our Elevate Division. This role focuses on selling and promoting the Build on Your Lot program, helping customers tailor a dream home on their lot or chosen site.

You will work off-site with a team, develop Realtor relationships, attend events, and present home options. A background in new home construction and Salesforce experience is preferred; Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Successful sales experience required
• New home construction experience required
• AssociatesDegree required, in a related field is ideal
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, in a related field is ideal

Responsibilities

• Sells the company's product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quotas
• Establishes Realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and e-mail follow-up
• Attends or hosts events
• Displays a thorough knowledge of the company's product lines
• Assists customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options
• Participates in weekly sales meetings
