Drees Homes in Cleveland is seeking a New Home Sales Representative to drive the sale and closure of new single-family homes in designated communities. You will coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience and help clients realize their dream home.

We are looking for results-driven individuals with a passion for customer service and a track record in sales.

Qualifications

• Proven successful track record in sales.
• New home sales experience required.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus.
• Experience conducting a comparative market analysis.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells products in line with policy and quotas.
• Utilizes all sales forms, reports, and contracts.
• Establishes Realtor relations via marketing and regular outreach.
• Attends or hosts events.
• Shows solid knowledge of product lines and communities.
• Greets prospects and demonstrates the model home.
• Keeps model home well maintained.
• Assists with site, home plan, and options selection.
• Participates in weekly sales meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
