Drees Homes is launching its Columbus Division and seeks a driven New Home Sales Representative to establish our presence in this growing market. You will guide customers through the purchase and construction of their new single-family home, serving as the face of Drees Homes in designated communities and delivering an exceptional home-buying journey.

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a growth environment and is energized by building something new.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new home sales, 5+ years.
• Strong communication skills with customer focus.
• Experience conducting a competitive market analysis.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells the company’s product meeting quotas.
• Establishes Realtor relations through marketing and follow-up.
• Greet customers and demonstrate the model home.
• Assist customers with site, plan, and options.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Ensure model home site is well maintained.
• Participate in events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
