Drees Homes in Cleveland is seeking a New Home Sales Representative to guide clients through the purchase of new single-family homes in designated communities. You will coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role emphasizes a results-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while achieving sales quotas and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven successful track record in sales
• New home sales experience required
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus
• Experience conducting a comparative market analysis
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Sells the company’s product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quotas
• Establishes Realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and e-mail follow-up
• Greets all prospective customers and demonstrates the model home
• Assists customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options
• Participates in weekly sales meetings
• Performs other duties as assigned
