Drees Homes is launching a Columbus Division and seeks a driven New Home Sales Representative to lead client engagements from showroom visits to home construction in designated communities. You will represent Drees Homes, build relationships, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional buyer journey.

You will thrive in a growth environment, engaging clients, coordinating with teams, and helping establish a strong market presence for a reputable homebuilder expanding into Ohio.

Qualifications

• Proven successful track record in new home sales.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus.
• Experience conducting a comparative market analysis.
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell the company’s product meeting quotas and policy.
• Establish Realtor relations through marketing and follow-up.
• Attend or host events and present model homes.
• Guide customers in selecting home sites, plans, and options.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and maintain model home site.
