Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 3 years sales experience; 1 year in pharma/healthcare with neuroscience preferred.
• 8+ years healthcare sales for Sr. Specialist; 12+ for Executive.
• Valid driver’s license and residency within the territory (or within 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtual with clinical, disease state, and reimbursement information.
• Develop territory business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Establish strong relationships with HCPs, including KOLs and stakeholders.
• Address customer questions and objections using advanced selling skills.
• Tailor sales aids and resources to customer needs.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Guide on pricing, reimbursement, and distribution channels for access.
• Track and report sales activities and expenses timely.
• Represent Acadia at conferences, trainings, and meetings.
• Mentor and train new sales specialists.
