Talkspace is seeking an experienced Credentialing Manager to lead the Credentialing (Clinical Quality Operations) team. You will streamline workflows, prepare committee reports, and drive KPI reporting while collaborating with CVOs to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years in credentialing, compliance, or healthcare operations.
• Experience working with Credentialing Verification Organizations (CVOs).
• Familiar with NCQA standards and guidance for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Credentialing Interns, Associates and Specialists.
• Prepare reports for Credentialing Committees and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with CVOs to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely credentialing decisions.
• Coordinate re-credentialing and maintain ongoing monitoring compliance.
