Job summary

gaiia is building a leading platform for CSPs, offering a fully remote role for Forward Deployed Engineers who design scalable network solutions that fit gaiia’s OS for telecoms. You will engage with customers and internal teams to translate network requirements into actionable designs and work across Sales, Product, Customer Solutions, and Engineering.

The role requires deep telecom network knowledge and 5+ years in related roles, with strong presentation skills and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep knowledge of the telecom industry and network engineering.
• 5+ years experience as a Network Engineer, Solution Architect, Sales Engineer or similar role within the broader B2B SaaS industry.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead network discovery and architecture sessions with customers.
• Document network topologies, business process flows, and integration points clearly.
• Translate customer network requirements into tailored solutions for gaiia platform.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Executives for technical discovery and qualification.
• Provide architecture oversight during onboarding and implementation phases.
• Drive roadmap direction with Product and Engineering based on real-world needs.
• Guide the implementation team to develop network provisioning automations based on designs.
