Innova Solutions is hiring a Network Engineer for a remote, full-time contract role of 6 months. You will lead post-sales deployment, design complex networks, and collaborate with project managers and vendors to deliver on time.

Candidates should have 5+ years of deployment experience, a relevant engineering degree, CCNP/CCNA preferred, and strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and Cisco/Arista technologies. The role includes a competitive pay range of $40-$50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 5+ years network deployment engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/IT field.
• Experience with change management, requirements gathering, documentation, deployment standards.
• Hands-on post-sales deployment including staging, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Advanced networking knowledge: LAN/WAN/WLAN, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Nexus, Spine-Leaf, ACI, Arista CLOS.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, ERP systems, and cloud-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales implementation support for enterprise network solutions, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Design and deploy complex network infrastructures with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and data center tech.
• Develop implementation plans, perform staging, create configurations, and execute end-to-end deployments across distributed environments.
• Configure and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, DMZ, and DDI environments while following change management procedures.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, and connectivity issues (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, subnetting).
• Coordinate with PMs, Smart Hands, carriers, vendors, and customers to deliver projects.
