Job summary

gaiia, the leading platform for CSPs, is hiring a Workflow Automation Engineer for the Customer Solutions team to build scalable telecom provisioning workflows using our workflow builder and SDK. This fully remote role collaborates with a network expert to turn designs into reliable automations.

Must have a bachelor's in a relevant field and 3+ years in a technical role within B2B SaaS, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years experience as Software Engineer, Network Engineer or similar in B2B SaaS.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience designing automation or orchestration systems (workflows, DAGs, integration pipelines).
Experience in telecom or OSS/BSS domains.
Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

Workflow Implementation: translate designs into end-to-end workflows using gaiia’s workflow builder.
Implement orchestration logic (conditions, retries, fallbacks) for real-world edge cases.
Build reusable workflow patterns and templates for scale across customers.
Write TypeScript steps and keep workflows clean and testable.
Troubleshoot production workflow runs and improve based on incidents and feedback.
Coach customers on workflow best practices and self-serve capabilities.
Influence roadmap by sharing recurring needs.
