Job summary

Copeland seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead wireless architecture and enterprise IT communications for its global network. You will mentor operations, design WAN/LAN and wireless infrastructure, and collaborate with Security and Cloud teams to implement scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on routing, switching, and Cisco tooling expertise, with remote work options and occasional site travel as needed.

Qualifications

Fifteen+ years working hands on with routing and switching devices.
Minimum of 10 years’ recent experience in WAN/LAN and Wireless networks with Cisco hardware.
Detailed understanding of Cisco Wireless networking solutions.
Proficiency with Cisco tools (ISE, Prime, Catalyst Center).
Ability to work across Security and Cloud groups.

Responsibilities

Plans, designs, and implements network infrastructure with wireless focus; LAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls.
Provides Level IV technical leadership to operations.
Researches and evaluates emerging network tech.
Acts as SME for Enterprise IT communications.
Supports integration with Security and Cloud groups.
Develops scripts to automate tasks and documents procedures.
Maintains vendor relationships and training materials.
Monitors performance and analyzes root causes.
