Job summary

Magna5 is seeking a Network Project Engineer to act as the top-tier IT support within the Professional Services team, managing a broad range of network projects and escalations. You will collaborate with management and other engineers, setting an example in knowledge, experience, and leadership.

The role is based in a 100% remote environment, with duties spanning project implementation, client communication, issue resolution, and proactive service improvements.

Qualifications

• Formal education preferred, associates/bachelor’s or technical equivalent, industry experience acceptable.
• Industry certifications (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, AWS, Azure) are recommended.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in enterprise network environments with design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver on project scopes with the project management team.
• Interact with clients professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems.
• Provide quality customer service in all communications.
• Escalate and coordinate with senior engineers as needed.
• Document resolutions and build knowledge base articles.
• Proactively address incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Troubleshoot advanced network issues with a high-level client environment view.
• Engage in continued certification training and time tracking via ConnectWise.
