Magna5 is seeking a Tier 3 Senior Network Engineer for End User Support. This fully remote role requires eligibility to work in the United States and involves leading complex client implementations across enterprise environments.

You will own designs from planning to deployment, mentor junior staff, and ensure thorough documentation and knowledge sharing. This position emphasizes strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of network engineering experience with ownership of enterprise implementations.
• Deep knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, and wireless infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues across multi-vendor environments.
• Clear written communication for documentation and client updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for enterprise network projects (SD-WAN, firewall migrations, switching upgrades).
• Troubleshoot advanced network issues and identify root causes across client environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with project managers on scope and timelines.
• Document resolutions and create knowledge base articles for repeatable service delivery.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
