Job summary

Support Tech LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Solutions Engineer to bridge project management, engineering, field implementation, and the client in a hybrid remote role. You will own project schedules, coordinate engineers and vendors, validate technical designs, and drive successful production cutovers across network infrastructure, MFA, and Microsoft 365 migrations.

The ideal candidate combines PM rigor with hands-on network engineering experience and excellent client communication

Qualifications

• Professional experience in IT infrastructure engineering or project management.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching.
• Ability to coordinate technical projects from planning through completion.
• Balance hands-on technical work with project coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own project schedules, milestones, dependencies, communications, and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians, installers, vendors, and third-party providers.
• Translate client requirements into implementable plans and runbooks.
• Validate connectivity, authentication, VPN, and migration results post-implementation.
