Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join the Credentialing (Clinical Quality Operations) team in a remote capacity. The role supports daily credentialing, recredentialing, audits, licensing, and enterprise client relations, with standard hours 9a–6p local time.

You will work with CVOs, providers, and the Fountain system to maintain data accuracy and timely completion of credentialing tasks. 2–3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional work experience in a highly communicative role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and G-Suite applications.
• Credentialing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit wide-ranging experience and proficiency in performing all daily credentialing functions.
• Review and quality check of completed files, license expiration dates, and provider data.
• Monitor provider status and communicate with Credentialing Verification Organizations (CVO).
• Manage data entry for provider information to ensure accurate storage of files.
• Correspond with providers via Zendesk and coordinate with CVO for timely credentialing.
• Support recredentialing, including weekly CAQH follow-up and status updates to CVO.
