Job summary

Talkspace is hiring a part-time, independent contract Therapist to provide remote mental health care across your licensure state(s) on a HIPAA-compliant platform. You will conduct sessions via video, audio, and live messaging, respond to client messages weekly, and complete documentation after each session.

The role offers the freedom to set your schedule, with Talkspace handling insurance, credentialing, and billing, plus paid training and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

Current license to practice independently without supervision in Alaska.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LPC-S.
Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
Individual NPI number.
Comfortable learning new online tools and technology.
Reliable internet connection and video-capable device.

Responsibilities

Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the Talkspace platform.
Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services.
Respond to asynchronous client messages each week, in a timely manner.
Complete your required clinical documentation after each client session.
