Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience in a technology field.
2+ years pre-sales engineering experience.
Ability to translate customer requirements into BOM and system design.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales: Lead customer presentations and equipment demonstrations on-site or virtually; collaborate with sales to develop relationships and tailor proposals.
On-Site Engagement: Attend on-site meetings, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment between client needs and proposed architectures; travel as required.
Architectural Oversight: Provide architect-level oversight on large, complex projects, ensuring best practices in design and integration.
Post-Sales: Deliver architect-level technical support during project startup and after implementation for seamless transition and client satisfaction.
Technical: Identify and promote MSP solutions including Monitoring, Element Management, SIEM/SOC, and Managed VoIP/Cloud VoIP.
