Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Manager, Business Systems in the United States to lead NetSuite, integrations, and end‑to‑end business systems. You will drive the roadmap, mentor a NetSuite engineer, and partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to scale systems for growth.

You will champion AI-assisted development, ensure governance and security, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable processes in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Seven years in business systems or related tech discipline.
• Five+ years NetSuite administration and SuiteScript 2.x.
• Daily use of AI-assisted coding and safe production deployment.
• Experience designing and maintaining REST API integrations.
• Strong SQL skills and data quality governance.
• Hands-on EDI implementation with trading partners.
• Ability to lead a technical team and guide governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize NetSuite environment, workflows, and finance ops.
• Design and maintain integrations between NetSuite and commerce/logistics/payment systems.
• Lead AI-assisted development with robust testing and deployments.
• Manage EDI integrations and partner connectivity across systems.
• Develop and maintain the business systems roadmap with stakeholders.
• Mentor a NetSuite engineer and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Ensure order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and close processes are robust.
• Oversee system reliability, monitoring, and change management.
