Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Enterprise Applications Developer in the United States to own the NetSuite ERP, design and enhance solutions, and collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and Security to deliver integrations and governance.

This role combines hands-on development with strategic initiatives to modernize the enterprise app ecosystem, reduce technical debt, and enable scalable processes for long-term growth; remote-friendly with potential on-site options in select locations within the

Qualifications

5+ years of experience administering, configuring, and supporting NetSuite ERP.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
Strong knowledge of NetSuite administration, workflows, roles, and saved searches; SuiteScript preferred.
Experience designing and maintaining enterprise integrations using APIs or middleware.
Understanding of enterprise architecture, lifecycle management, and change governance.
Experience implementing data governance and data quality controls across systems.
Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, audit controls, and SOX compliance.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; effective cross-functional communication.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, enhance, and support NetSuite, including workflows, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and roles.
Capture and document business requirements; deliver scalable technical solutions for enterprise processes.
Design, implement, and support secure integrations between NetSuite and other systems.
Ensure security and compliance; enforce SoD, audit controls, and data governance standards.
Evaluate and modernize enterprise architecture; reduce technical debt and promote scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues with Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and business teams.
Maintain data quality and governance across integrated systems.
Oversee application changes, configurations, customizations, and release activities.
Document designs, configurations, and support procedures; train users and support teams.
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve system usability.
