Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to own and elevate our NetSuite-based finance stack, spanning order-to-cash to record-to-report. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Engineering to build scalable, automated solutions that scale with a high-growth SaaS environment.

You will drive system implementations, integrations, and data governance while supporting SOX readiness and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in financial systems with hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead NetSuite administrator, owning configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the finance stack.
• Own the health of the broader finance tech stack and its integrations across Ramp, Coupa, Avalara, Stripe, FloQast, and Pigment.
• Partner with Accounting and FP&A to streamline month-end and quarter-end close through automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of system requests using a ticketing system.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, and change management end-to-end.
• Identify and deploy AI-driven automation to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Evaluate and automate brittle integrations to improve reliability and scale.
• Support finance data mart and connected reporting with data governance practices.
