Jobgether SRL is seeking a Business Systems Architect in the United States to design and evolve enterprise technology solutions that enable secure, scalable business operations. You will work across IT, Finance, HR, and Revenue Operations to connect platforms and streamline critical workflows.

This remote-first role emphasizes modernizing enterprise systems through integrations, cloud technologies, automation, and AI enablement, with governance and continuous improvement at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems architecture or related field.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise technology solutions across complex environments.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructure and integration technologies (APIs and SaaS).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Certinia, Rippling, and Greenhouse.
• Strong understanding of security, architecture principles, and information governance.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership of architecture initiatives.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of security, compliance, governance, and performance optimization.
• Clear communication to executives and technical audiences.
• Hands-on delivery with long-term architectural thinking.
• Ownership, accountability, and risk management.
• Collaborative, adaptable mindset and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder needs into prioritized projects with measurable criteria.
• Lead discovery, process mapping, and scope for cross-functional systems.
• Design and maintain enterprise architecture solutions for IT platforms.
• Lead architecture efforts for moderately complex initiatives.
• Define and maintain integration strategies across SaaS, APIs, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery: implementation, UAT, deployment, data reconciliation.
• Establish data quality practices as models evolve.
• Support AI adoption, automation, and modernization with architectural guidance.
• Evaluate emerging tech and advise vendor selections.
• Ensure architecture complies with security, governance, and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, resilience, and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee governance and license management across platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve challenges.
• Provide technical mentorship and promote sound architectural decisions.
• Contribute to architecture standards and documentation.
