1Password LLC is seeking an Intermediate Developer to help build and scale the SaaS Manager platform, enabling IT and Security teams to govern AI and SaaS ecosystems. This remote role covers the US and Canada, with 2–4 years of software experience, C#/.NET and MongoDB exposure, and a strong focus on ownership, code quality, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience with .NET/C#, MongoDB exposure.
• Quick to learn new concepts, technologies and codebases.
• Takes ownership, follows through, and sets a high bar for what "done" means.
• Writes clean, well-tested, well-documented code for production.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, product, and design.
• Curious about agentic AI tools in development workflow.
• Proactive; identifies improvements even without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features and improvements on the SaaS Manager platform.
• Take end-to-end ownership of well-defined features from development through production.
• Participate in code reviews, give and receive feedback, and grow technical judgment.
