Job summary

1Password is seeking an Intermediate Developer – SaaS Manager for a remote-first role across the United States and Canada. You will build and scale the SaaS Manager platform to help IT and Security teams govern AI and SaaS ecosystems.

You will own features end-to-end, participate in code reviews, write tests and documentation, collaborate with product and design, and look for ways to improve the codebase and processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Knowledge of .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database.
• Strong self‑learner with ability to pick up new concepts quickly.
• Ownership: follow through, flag problems early, and deliver quality work.
• Ability to write clean, tested, and well‑documented code and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features and improvements on the SaaS Manager platform.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of defined features from development through production.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Write meaningful tests and clear documentation as part of regular workflow.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer problems.
• Surface blockers early to keep the team moving forward.
