Berlin-Wheeler, Inc. is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to help members get to their medical appointments. This entry-level, work-from-home role requires answering inbound calls, scheduling NEMT trips, and ensuring members have a safe ride.

Enjoy a clear pay progression from $11 to $12 per hour after 90 days, plus a weekend differential, with full-time hours seven days a week. Starting pay is $11/hour, increasing to $12/hour after 90 days, and an additional $0.50/hour on weekend

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Clear, friendly phone communication and good listening skills.
Comfortable with computers and typing; able to learn new software quickly.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
Ability to work a set schedule.

Mansioni

Answer inbound calls from members requesting non-emergency medical transportation.
Set up trips for members and enter accurate trip details in our system.
Confirm scheduled rides with members.
Call medical providers and vendors to confirm appointments.
Check transportation status to ensure on-time arrivals.
Document every call and follow privacy and compliance requirements.
