Berlin-Wheeler, Inc. is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to assist members with non-emergency medical transportation. You will handle inbound calls, schedule trips, and confirm rides to ensure safe, timely transportation.

This is an entry-level, work-from-home position with a clear pay progression. Starting pay is $11.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour raise after 90 days of full-time employment, bringing the rate to $12.00 per hour. Weekend hours receive an extra $0.50 per hour.
