Job summary

Berlin-Wheeler, Inc. is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to assist members with non-emergency medical transportation from a home office in Kansas.

You will handle inbound calls, schedule trips, and ensure timely, safe rides while maintaining privacy and compliance standards. Entry-level position with a pay progression from $11 to $12 per hour after 90 days of full-time work, plus a $0.50/hour weekend differential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members requesting non-emergency medical transportation
• Set up trips for members and enter accurate trip details in our system
• Confirm scheduled rides with members
• Call medical providers and vendors to confirm appointments
• Check on transportation status to make sure members arrive on time
• Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and patience
• Document every call and follow privacy and compliance requirements
