• Conduct morning driver check-ins and driver readiness checks.
• Complete next-day trip confirmations.
• Prepare and manage driver schedules.
• Conduct weekly vehicle maintenance checks.
• Complete daily member surveys.
• Monitor driver gas purchases through the RoadFlex account.
• Assign drivers to the correct vehicles in Verizon Connect.
• Post GasBuddy gas prices for drivers.
