Amwins, based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in North Carolina. The role blends remote work for NC residents with regular in-person broker visits, offering a strong base salary plus commissions and a book-of-business bonus.

You will manage broker partnerships, tailor employee benefits solutions, and lead territory growth using Salesforce and other tools. Strong sales track record and Life & Health licensing readiness within 90 days are required.

Competenze

• Proven broker-facing sales experience with a strong group medical background; ancillary benefits experience is a plus.
• Track record of over-achieving goals.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM; strong pipeline management.
• Life & Health license or attainable within 90 days of start date.
• MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and achievement driven.
• Exemplary time management skills.
• Firm grasp on ACA and local insurance markets.
• Ability to travel for internal conferences and/or training.

Mansioni

• Build productive, long-lasting relationships with brokers and grow revenue.
• Work with brokers to develop insurance solutions for clients.
• Use various communication channels including in-person visits, presentations, phone, and online.
• Leverage Salesforce and other tools to enhance broker relationships and sales activities.
• Create territory plans with opportunities, strategies, and targets.
• Identify new opportunities and collaborate with sales leaders to expand funnel.
• Understand employee benefit technologies and underwriting tools.
• Track market trends and competitor data for strategy.
• Represent Amwins by attending meetings, events, and training.
