Qualifications

• Experience in selling group medical or benefits services to brokers.
• Licensed Life & Health insurance or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of ACA and local insurance markets.
• Proven track record in consultative broker-facing sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate broker leads and manage a portfolio of products and services.
• Maintain regular in-person broker visits and virtual communications.
• Leverage CRM tools to drive sales activities and pipeline.
• Create territory/account plans and target setting.
• Travel within the territory to meet clients and attend events.
• Meet annual sales goals with strong back-office support.
