Amwins Small to Mid-Market Benefits is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth in North Carolina. Based in the Raleigh-Durham area, you will develop, maintain, and expand retail broker relationships, with a consultative approach and market-based knowledge.

This role offers a strong base salary (not a draw), a 2.5-year commission guarantee, uncapped commissions, and a portfolio bonus, backed by top-tier sales support and technology, including Salesforce and Empower tools.

Qualifications

• Proven broker-facing sales experience with a strong group medical background.
• Track record of over-achieving goals.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Current Life & Health insurance license or attainable within 90 days of start date.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel for internal conferences and/or training.

Responsabilités

• Build productive, long-lasting relationships by identifying and evaluating broker needs through education, advising, and growing brokers’ revenue with a consultative approach.
• Work with brokers to develop insurance solutions that will meet their clients’ needs.
• Utilize various methods of communication including in-person broker visits, presentations, and phone/online communications.
• Leverage company tools and technology to enhance broker relationships and drive sales activities.
• Create territory/account plans including opportunity development, competitive strategies, and targets.
• Identify and create new opportunities and work with sales leaders to increase prospect funnel.
