Qualifications

• Broker-facing sales experience with a strong group medical background.
• Current Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and pipeline management.
• Ability to travel for conferences and training.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new broker partnerships by generating leads and managing our product portfolio.
• Engage brokers through in-person visits, presentations, and remote communications.
• Utilize Salesforce, Employee Navigator, Ease, Benefix, Formfire to strengthen broker relations and drive sales.
• Create territory and account plans with opportunity development, strategies, and targets.
• Identify new opportunities and collaborate with sales leaders to grow the funnel.
