Amwins Small to Mid-Market Benefits is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the Raleigh area to accelerate growth in North Carolina. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and growing retail broker relationships with a consultative approach, leveraging Salesforce and a strong benefits product portfolio.

The position offers high autonomy, a base salary with a commission guarantee, uncapped commissions, and a book-of-business bonus, supported by top-tier sales tools and back-office support.

Qualifications

• Proven broker-facing sales experience with a strong group medical background.
• Track record of over-achieving goals in sales roles.
• Current Life & Health insurance license or obtainable within 90 days.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com or similar CRM; strong pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow retail broker relationships across NC.
• Identify opportunities and manage portfolio of products and services.
• Negotiate and advise brokers with a consultative approach.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to drive sales activities and territory plans.
• Attend meetings, events, and training to maintain competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals.
