Job summary

Amwins seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Greenville Upstate, SC, with remote work and regular in-person broker visits. You will manage broker relationships, drive plan designs and sales strategies, and own territory performance with strong support and uncapped commissions.

Ideal candidates have proven group medical sales experience, a Life & Health license (or plan to obtain), and CRM fluency. Travel is required to meet brokers and attend events.

Qualifications

• Proven broker-facing sales experience in group medical.
• Current Life & Health license or able to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong MS Excel and Outlook skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Familiar with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and sales pipelines.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and grow broker partnerships through leads and referrals.
• Visit brokers in-person and conduct presentations and calls.
• Leverage Salesforce, Ease and other tools to drive activity.
• Create territory/account plans with targets and strategies.
• Identify opportunities; collaborate with teams to expand funnel.
• Monitor market trends and competitor data to shape strategy.
• Meet annual sales goals with back-office support.
• Represent Amwins and participate in events and trainings.
