Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Pass background investigation and drug screen
• Proficient keyboarding and data entry
• Basic computer skills and multi-system navigation

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, chat, IVR, and self-service tools
• Provide clear, accurate information using knowledge bases and SOPs
• Deliver Tier 1 support including information services, referrals, orders, and escalation routing
• Document customer interactions accurately in designated systems
• Resolve inquiries within authority and escalate unresolved issues
• Handle sensitive or confidential interactions with discretion
• Meet call handling, quality, and response time targets
• Complete cross-training across programs and channels
• Participate in training, coaching, QA, and performance-improvement activities
• Work shifts in a 24x7x365 operation across multiple programs
