Job summary

North End Teleservices is seeking a bilingual customer service representative to work from home in the United States. The role requires fluent Spanish and English, excellent written and verbal communication, and at least 6 months experience in customer service or related fields.

You will handle inbound inquiries, research information, and document interactions while meeting productivity standards. Eligible candidates will receive fully remote training, equipment, and a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum 6 months customer service/administrative/telemarketing experience.
• Must type at least 20 WPM.
• Proficient with PC, Windows, Excel and Word.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer contact/inquiries via voice and email.
• Research required information and resolve inquiries using available resources.
• Accurately provide customers with information in accordance with the program they are working.
• Enter information into applicable systems.
• Identify and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Reroute/redirect calls to appropriate resources if applicable.
• Provide follow-up customer contact/inquiries where necessary.
• Document all information according to SOP and QA guidelines.
• Meet/achieve productivity standards.
