You will lead early capture and collaboration with Cisco and Splunk teams to align technology solutions with mission requirements, developing multi-year growth plans and engaging with government officials and prime contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required with extensive federal business development or capture experience.
• Experience in U.S. Federal government technology programs and IC/National Security preferred.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance at time of application is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape, and advance opportunities in U.S. National Security; focus on IC and classified programs.
• Lead early-stage capture planning, stakeholder mapping, and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate with FSIs, defense primes, and partners to embed Cisco/Splunk capabilities into proposals.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline and brief sales leadership on maturity, milestones, and win probability.
