Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Federal Government Project/Program Management, Business Development, or Government Contracting experience.
• Experience with on-site customer meetings and program reviews within classified US Government facilities.
• Knowledge of US Government contracting regulations, policies, and procurement frameworks (FAR/DFAR).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and govern contract and program management policies across National Security Operations (NSO).
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure resource allocation and flawless delivery.
• Identify contractual and operational risks and design mitigation strategies for full contractual compliance.
• Facilitate communication with US Government customers and deliver regular status updates and executive reviews.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align sales activities with program milestones and modernize PMO tools and workflows using automation and AI tools.
