Job summary

Cisco is seeking a seasoned security expert to lead engagements for large enterprise customers in the United States. You will design and deploy Cisco security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and SASE, while delivering automation via Cisco APIs.

You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate across teams, and continually enhance security postures through continuous support and optimization. The role requires deep Cisco security knowledge, strong communication with technical and executive audiences,

Qualifications

• Deep technical experience as a subject matter expert in Cisco Secure Firewall / ASA security technologies and enterprise deployments.
• VPN technologies experience with Cisco AnyConnect and Secure Client in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Experience with Cisco Umbrella, Secure Access, and other SASE solutions.
• Knowledge of Cisco ISE and TrustSec; hands-on experience preferred.
• Cloud Security, Network Visibility and Zero Trust Segmentation knowledge.
• Ability to deliver automation artifacts using common frameworks and Cisco APIs.
• Experience designing and operating network security solutions with solid design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and report on security services engagements with Cisco customers.
• Deliver security solutions independently and with a team across multiple disciplines.
• Design, document, validate, pilot, deploy and automate Cisco Security Solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to maximize value from deployed solutions.
• Collaborate across Cisco groups to support security practices worldwide.
• Develop proposals and statements of work with account teams.
